Tammy has been in the fitness industry since 2008,  starting out as a Group Exercise Instructor, Tammy was exposed to every aspect of physical wellness, including top management processes, learning from the very best in the industry. In 2015 Tammy personalized her involvement in the fitness industry, by starting her own fitness offering, and still trains almost every person she signed up in those early days.

Tammy is best described, as a ball of fire, who’s warmth and light inspires people to emulate her consistent balanced, lifestyle. Her internal glow is authentic and contagious.

Tammy thrives on creating the tools which inspire people to be independent, make healthier choices, and live happier lives, together with an awareness of community and the value of accountability. Tammy lives her life unapologetically, and promotes the approach of NO excuses. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!

Kyle has been in the fitness industry since 2014.  He is kind and caring and believes in the importance of living a balanced life.  Kyle takes a very personal interest in his clients, and has a way of making you feel like you are the most important part of his day.

His clients come from every age category, and from every walk of life.  He infuses his work-outs with fun combos, focusing on establishing a sound foundation that builds the core strength that is required to become not only toned and strong, but also to remain injury free.

Whilst Kyle is light-hearted and fun, he is known to inspire hard work through his consistency and dedication to his clients.

Being passionate about music, Kyle uses it optimally to stoke the vibe until the endorphins are contagious and tangible!
