MOVE

5 x Online workouts per week.
6am Monday – Friday via ZOOM.
For these workouts all you need is a mat and some dumbbells. (2-5kgs recommended)
(Should these times not suit you – You will have access to the recordings)

EAT

Food Coach Bods_ByTam will provide you with an eating plan according to your personal preferences. You will receive a food form to specify dietary requirements and preferred options.

CONNECT

OPTIONAL WHATSAPP GROUP for daily encouragement to keep your goals front of mind.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE CALL (via ZOOM) every Monday at 6pm to keep you fired up.

WEEKLY FITNESS CHALLENGE to keep you working towards healthy goals rather than body goals.

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN for us to closely monitor your results – outer lying challengers will do an honesty submission. These take place on Saturday at 9:30 at Moov – 17 Jamieson Street, Gardens.

 

Every challenger stands a chance to be one of our Overall Transformation winners.
