TAMMY

 

Tammy has been in the fitness industry since 2008,  starting out as a Group Exercise Instructor, Tammy was exposed to every aspect of physical wellness, including top management processes, learning from the very best in the industry. In 2015 Tammy personalized her involvement in the fitness industry, by starting her own fitness offering, and still trains almost every person she signed up in those early days.

Tammy is best described, as a ball of fire, who’s warmth and light inspires people to emulate her consistent balanced, lifestyle. Her internal glow is authentic and contagious.

Tammy thrives on creating the tools which inspire people to be independent, make healthier choices, and live happier lives, together with an awareness of community and the value of accountability. Tammy lives her life unapologetically, and promotes the approach of NO excuses. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!

NABILA

 

Nabila has always been passionate about helping others. She has endured hard times and this has given her eyes to see need and capacity to pour out into the lives of others. She is living proof that transformation is available for everyone.

With some guidance and a willingness to put in the hard work, you can journey to a better you.

Nabila is best described, as a kind and vivacious woman. With a beautiful energy that will ignite something new inside of you too.

LAURI

 

Lauri is absolutely and completely committed to the goals of others. Her life was transformed by Rise and as an expression of gratitude for her radical life enhancement she offers the same guidance and coaching to others. So many Rise Women testimonials include stories of her dedication and commitment to seeing the health of others enhanced through intentionality.

She takes fun to another level and will have you laughing your way through your workouts.

In 2020 she put in all the hard work to lose 20kg and found a new confidence in her healthier body. She will take your goals on as her own and you will be inspired by her daily.

JANINE

 

Janine is a high energy farm girl who plugged into the virtual Rise experience in lockdown. She grew in her health journey by sharing space with like-minded goal getters. Every time she chose to show up for herself she began to realise her passion for health and fitness growing. She began to thrive in this space and she will make the same a reality for you.

She offers fun and creative workouts but also loves putting together an absolute burner.
