Rise + Grind is our signature online workout experience designed to help women build strength, consistency, and confidence  wherever they are.
This is more than a workout.
It’s a commitment to show up, move with purpose, and start each day intentionally.
Whether you’re at home, travelling, or balancing a busy schedule,
Rise & Grind brings the energy, structure, and accountability of the studio straight to you.
WHEN & WHERE
  • Membership includes 5 live online workouts per week
  • Workouts run Monday to Friday via Zoom
  • Live start time: 06h00 (South African Time – SAST)
  • Workout duration: 30 minutes
  • Can’t make 6am? Daily workout recordings are available, so you can train at a time that suits your lifestyle
This flexibility allows you to stay consistent without pressure | discipline over motivation, always.
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Each session is coach-led, intentionally programmed, and designed to challenge and support you.

  • TUESDAY | ARMS + ABS Coach: Tracey
  • WEDNESDAY | FULL BODY BURN Coach: Nabila
  • THURSDAY | BOOTY Coach: Tammy
  • FRIDAY | ARMS + ABS Coach: Gen
Every workout is new, thoughtfully created by the coach leading the session, and rooted in functional fitness to support real-life movement, strength, and longevity.
WHAT YOU NEED
  1. A mat
  2. A set of dumbbells (2–5kg recommended)
That’s it. No fancy equipment, no complicated setup  just intentional movement and expert guidance.

Strength, toning, and conditioning focused
Designed to improve mobility, posture, endurance, and overall wellness
Options and regressions provided throughout each workout
You’ll be guided, coached, and encouraged every step of the way.

  • All workout recordings are uploaded daily
  • You can catch up on missed sessions
