RISE & GRIND 

WHEN AND WHERE:

  • Membership includes 5 live online workouts per week.
  • Workouts take place Monday to Friday on Zoom.
  • Live workouts start time is 06h00.
  • Live workout duration is 30 minutes.
  • Should 6am not suit you – Workout recordings are available daily.

WHAT:

  • Only a mat and a set of Dumbells (2-5kgs) are needed for the workouts.
  • Workouts are led by the Rise team coaches
  • Each workout is new and designed by the coach leading the workout
  • Workouts incorporate functional fitness training

WHO:

  • All women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome.
  • Workouts are adjustable for all fitness levels.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

  • Ongoing duration – Membership continues Month to Month
  • Membership can be cancelled at anytime with 1 months notice

ON PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WORKOUT LINK AND BE ADDED TO A GROUP WHERE ALL WORKOUT RECORDINGS ARE POSTED.
